Dr. West began his career in 1981. He received his Bachelors of Science, with emphasis in Economics, in the early 1980’s from the University of Tennessee in Knoxville. Continuing his education and career path, he earned his Masters in Audiology from Tennessee State University in Nashville, TN. Then furthering his credentials, he gained his Doctorate of Audiology, (Au.D), from the Pennsylvania College of Optometry in Philadelphia, PA.
Dr. West and his wife Karla have a daughter, Baylor. He is committed to spending valued time with his family. He also has a wonderful fascination with the game of golf.
Dr. Jonathan Hunter Mansfield is a graduate of the University of Tennessee, Knoxville where he obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Disorders and a Doctor of Audiology (Au.D.) from East Tennessee State University in Johnson City, TN. Hunter completed his extern residency with Middle Tennessee Hearing Aid Center (MTHAC) and joined MTHAC in June 2015. He is passionate about improving the lives of those with hearing and balance disorders. Dr. Mansfield serves the residents of Middle Tennessee from our Columbia and Lawrenceburg locations. Hunter lives in Lawrenceburg and is happily married to his wife who is a Speech Language Pathologist, has 4 wonderful kids, and enjoys playing golf.
Margaret has been with Middle TN Hearing Aid Center for over 20 years. She is a critical part of our team and is the first person a patient sees when they come in. Margaret handles all insurance-related questions, such as benefits, filing, claims, etc. She also handles all Medicare claims.
