I made an appointment for cleaning my hearing aids. They were cleaned and connected to my phone app to be easier for me to adjust. We discussed the timing for a hearing test so l could schedule another appointment. The office was very pleasant and helpful.

I had a problem with my Phonak hearing aids that occurred during my treatments for cancer. They stopped working with my cell phone app, and all indications seemed to suggest the hearing aids were not paired with the phone. I tried to follow procedures to pair, but was not able...

Minimal waiting to get in. Hearing test results were thoroughly explained. Purchasing options, equipment levels, and color options were fully explained. Was finished in less than an hour.
