They seem pretty nice so far. I called them to set up a hearing test for my boyfriend because he always says "huh?" Or "what?" EVERY TIME I SAY OR ASK HIM ANYTHING. So after doing a little research, I called MID TN HEARING. The lady that answered was super nice and professional and scheduled him an appointment as soon as they had one available. I'm super curious about what they say about his hearing or lack thereof. Will update as soon as I know more

This was so much better than the one I had before. I was lied to by another provider. It was going to cost me $3,600.00 out of my own pocket! Because “the Insurance I had only covered off the shelf OTC Hearing AIDS”. Be very careful when checking out Hearing Aid Companies. This is The Real Honest one! Recommended By my Insurance Company! Everyone was nice and friendly and helpful!

I received treatment for BPPV. The doctor explained the condition to me, explained the treatment to me then proceeded to perform the procedure.He was kind, gentle and gave instructions throughout each step. He put the cervical collar on me, verifying it was not too tight. He gave me instructions for post treatment , verified that I understood and asked me if i had any questions. He was thorough, professional and very kind. The front office staff was also professional and easy to work with. I would highly recommend this office to others.

I had a 10/10 experience at this place! Took my 3-year-old for a screening test, and the staff was incredible. The lady who helped us was extremely patient and friendly, making the process smooth and stress-free. My son might be on the spectrum, and she handled him with so much care and understanding. It made a potentially overwhelming situation feel comfortable. Highly recommend!
