Every aspect of a visit to Middle Tennessee Hearing Center is satisfying. Today was my third visit and all my questions were Answered thoroughly, as expected. I was very pleased to have my options explained to me in plain language. The Audiologist made me feel very comfortable during the hearing test and explained the results very clearly. I did not feel rushed or pressured to make any decisions regarding next steps. I am pleased to recommend this business without hesitation.

I had changed phones. Needed assistance pairing hearing aides to my new phone. I was assisted quickly and kindly from the front desk to the doctor. I appreciate my hearing aides, that were very expensive. However, for a 2 minute service, which I did not consider a repair, I was charged $20. I would have thought for the quick pairing I would have not been charged. If it would have been a true repair I would understand, but not to pair hearing aides to my new phone.

I've been trying to get my ear to stop hurting after 3 years and 3 ENT's with no relief. I was in this office 10min they knew exactly what was wrong!! I'll be going here for any audiology issues. Staff is extremely nice, easy check in. The Dr was amazing with her communication. Explaining everything before she did it..
